For some reason, the insurance coverage I have seems to go up every year (and because I moved recently it jumped up another $60 a month). My wife and I get crappy coverage on top of it. No, COBRA sucks-- not affordable. We do NOT want to dip into our savings too much because we do not know when we will need it. Ok i will be 18 in like 10 days. I am a male and have had my license for about 4 months. I am currently paying about 270 a month for my insurance. This is on my parents policy. Will car insurance cover a moped accident?

I was rear ended by a moped. The rider forgot to hit the brakes and nailed the back of my car. She broke my tail light and there's scrapes on my bumper and quarter panel. The rider didn't have insurance on her moped but has liability car insurance for her car. Her insurance company is refusing to pay for my damages, stating her moped is not insured, therefore they're not covering any damages. What should I do? I got a quote for $380 to fix my car.

Camera insurance with comet!?

6 or so months ago I bought a camera and had it insured with comet, if you don't know yet comet is having a break down and stores are closing all over the uk including the one near me. My next payment is due in December and then I have a final payment to make next year. If something happened to the camera it is come who would have had to replace it... So what happens now? Can I still insure my camera or will comet stop taking the payments or will they charge me for my insurance and give nothing back? Thanks for the help!

I am the only driver within my household and am 16 i need my car insured in order to drive it and keep my job...insurance companies want to charge me 1400 A MONTH for my car due to age...is it possible to put it in someone elses name that does not live on resisdence??....any help would be great!!

Using friend's home address for car insurance, does that effect his taxes or his personal car insurance?

Its plain and simple and I know its insurance fraud if I were to use a different address but I have no choice since I'm under 25 and the area(Toronto, Canada) I live in has skyrocketing auto insurance premiums for tweens especially when you're a male. So No other choice left. I'd like to know if there's any legal liabilities on my friend if I use his address ?? Also I'd like to know if it effects his personal auto insurance premium.
